Home Care & Aged Care
Talk to our team about your Home Care Package Program & Government Funding Today.

We support our clients and Occupational Therapist.

  • We aim to make life easier by both sourcing the equipment and trialling it: offering showroom and in-home trials in relaxed and comfortable settings.
  • Our equipment prices are fair and reasonable. We focus on ensuring that your client’s “My Aged Care” funding can be fully maximised.

We provide equipment for elderly clients under government-funded home care packages for levels 1 through 4.

It’s the best way to keep your loved one safe and improve their quality of life – and it’s affordable with government funding.

When people in need of care live at home, their bed often becomes the focal point of day-to-day living. Sleeping, mealtimes, watching television, having conversations – the care bed is where many activities take place. In view of this, the bed should create a safe and secure atmosphere through its comfort and cosiness, as well as improve the mobility of the occupant and lighten the burden of caregiving relatives. Our beds satisfy these requirements. We attach great importance to safety, helpful functions, and an attractive design on beds that ensure a better quality of life – and thanks to quick delivery times, we are always on hand when we are needed.

HOME CARE & AGED CARE Packages

HOW IT WORKS

Under the Aged Care Act 1997 & Aged Care (Transitional Provisions) Act 1997, the Australian Government provides a subsidy to an approved home care provider to coordinate a package of care, services and case management to meet the individual needs of older Australians.

This program supports older people with complex needs to help them stay at home. Approved aged care service providers work with care recipients to plan, organise and deliver Home Care Packages.

Individuals are assessed by a professional assessor using a nationally consistent assessment framework.

There are four levels of support:

  • Home Care Level 1 – basic care needs
  • Home Care Level 2 – low-level care needs
  • Home Care Level 3 – intermediate care needs
  • Home Care Level 4 – high care needs
Who Is Eligible?

The program supports older people with more complex needs to stay at home. They must:

  • Register with My Aged Care
  • Be referred for an assessment to find out whether they’re eligible.
  • You can find out more via the About Home Care Package Program page on the Australian Government Department of Health website.
